Our lingerie includes a range of mastectomy bras.  Our mastectomy bras are pocketed and are chosen to help you regain your femininity and confidence after a cancer diagnosis and treatment. Although we always recommend that you be fitted for a bra, we know from personal experience that it is sometimes difficult after surgery to try bras on or be fitted for a bra in a shop. Buying from our on-line shop gives you the opportunity to try on our mastectomy bras in the comfort and security of your own home, if this is what you prefer. We are here to give our advice by email or phone. We also offer specialist bra fittings and empathetic and sensitive support to women who have had surgery for breast cancer.

Our range of non-wired bras are selected for their ultimate wire-free comfort and support. We know that many of you prefer to wear non-wired bras and so have put together a range for everyday and for special occasions. We have matching sets of beautiful non-wired bras with briefs; bras for everyday comfort; big bras with larger cup sizes and small bras with smaller A cup. Our non-wired bras are perfect for women who have had breast surgery, such as lumpectomy and reconstruction and also for during pregnancy.

Our post surgery bras are perfect for any type of breast surgery: mastectomy, reconstruction, lumpectomy, and also breast augmentation and breast reduction. We know that comfort is the priority after surgery so ensure that our post surgery bras are designed with this in mind.

sports bras

New to softly softly are our sports bras. It is important to wear a sports bra during exercise and choosing a non wired bra ensures comfort with support. The Royce range are specially designed for larger cup sizes.
